Role Overview

We are hiring dynamic female candidates for Entry Level Executive positions in Business Development & Client Servicing. Successful candidates will undergo training and, upon performance evaluation, transition to Assistant Manager with enhanced responsibilities and compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing BTL promotional strategies for clients.

• Create presentations, reports, and documentation using MS Office tools.

• Support marketing, PR, and client servicing initiatives.

• Communicate professionally with clients and teams in English and Hindi.

• Participate in business development activities.

Requirements

• Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Marketing/PR for Business Development & Client Servicing.

• Proficient in presentations, documentation & reporting (MS Office).

• Languages:

  • Fluency in spoken and written English & Hindi (mandatory).

• Qualification:

  • Any graduate; strong communication skills preferred.

• Eligibility:

  • Open to female candidates only.

Career Progression & Compensation

• Training Period:

  • Initial role as Entry Level Executive.

• Post-Training:

  • Performance-based promotion to Assistant Manager – Business Development & Client Servicing.

• Package:

  • ₹22,000 – ₹25,000/month (fixed) + allowances + benefits (as per company policy).
